1.Are all Application software titles Entire Version and registered?

Yes, all software titles can be used as either an Update or Entire version. They are already registered and activated under MDofPC, some titles can be registered to end users. 

2.Is Application software the same as a retail boxed version?

Yes and no, most of our software titles are the complete retail version, but a select very few have been cut down to size for downloading purposes. If you want the Entire version please buy the boxed version or from a retail store near you.

3.How will my Application software be delivered to me?

Most of our download software is available for immediate download and serial will be provided separately if required. The software titles that we do not have for immediate Application will be sent via email within a few hours, this may be due to being updated by manufacturer or third party provider.

4.Why are your prices so inexpensive?

We are able to offer low prices because we purchase large quantities in volume and pass the savings on to our customers. Also downloadable software does not require manuals,media or shipping.  We do offer quantity discounts for 5+ and 10+ purchases.

5.How long until I receive my Application software?

Most orders are processed within a few hours, if there is a delay you will be notified. You should of received two confirmation emails upon purchase, the first email is from our onlinestore verifying your order. The second email is from our credit card processing to verify the amount.

6.I ordered my software but have not received any emails?

If you have placed an order and have not received any emails this may be due to your email address format, characters such as; ()-_{}+=*~`" might prevent emails from being processed. If this has happend to you please email:support@mdofpc.com or visit http://www.mdofpc.com/computersupport . If we are not available please leave a message or email for quick response.

7.I am not sure if I qualify for the Terms & Conditions?

8.How do I qualify for Academic Software?

In order to qualify for an Academic Software title you must provide us documentation showing that you meet the academic Application requirements. This can be a school id, faculty id, school transcript, or any other documentation that shows that you meet the academic qualifications. Please send this information along with your order number to webmaster@mdofpc.com or fax it to 412-375-7918.

9.Does your site offer support if I purchase software?

Yes, we offer unlimited product support for up to 1 year of purchase and electronic contract books for some titles. We also offer free upgrades for some of our Application software titles as they become available by manufacturer.

10.Do you offer discounts for large orders?

Most of our prices are so low we cannot offer a discount but there are a few titles that we can make an exception for. Please contact us at webmaster@mdofpc.com or call 1-877-401-6742 for further details.

11.I noticed you do not have the latest version of my software?

We try to keep up with our software titles, sometimes we fall behind. If you notice something is not up to date let us know and we will have it updated within a few days.

12.I started downloading my software and the estimated time to Application is several hours?

Our downloads are delivered using OC3 optical transmissions capable of up to 150mbs, however Application times may vary because of:
1.Your connection to the internet typically cable/dsl connections is very fast, but a dialup or 56k will be incredibly slower.
2.If you are downloading during peak hours 10am -5pm, normally this is not a factor as the server is quite powerfull.

13.Can I get a refund for my software I purchased?

Because the software is downloadable the only way we can give you a refund is if you have proof of purchase for the same product from another retail, reseller or distributor. 

14. Who provides the Application software? 

Application Software is not hosted at manufacturer or thrid parties.  MDofPC only provides technical support for the software.
