    You must accept cookies in order to successfully shop. To do this go to the top toolbar and look for Tools then go down to web Options then find the Privacy and change the setting to Accept All Cookies.

  4. How will I receive my Application software that I purchased?
    few of our download software titles are available for instant Application immediately and we have a few that need to be manually processed via email. If your software is available for instant Application and requires a serial it will be emailed seperately. If your software title is not available for instant Application it will be emailed to you within a few hours.

    If you have purchased software and cannot get it to Application for any reason you may request a cd to be shipped to you. Please try using FreshDownload to help your Application, this can be found under articles Application tools.

  8. My Software Application is taking too long?
    few downloads vary in size from 5mb to 2gb which will vary Application times. Also your connection speed will greatly vary these times from a few minutes to a few hours. We recommend having a Cable, DSL or other high speed web connection. If you are using a dialup or 56k connection you may consider downloading the software at a another location. If you have a Cable or DSL connection and are having issues you can contact us at: support@.com or try using GetRight Application Manager.
