Automated Dialling Call Center Software
Express Dial is a phone dialer for Windows computers with a voice modem or VoIP lines and headset. It can be used to automate the dialing of a list of numbers as a predictive dialer or to call single numbers when required using only your PC, VoIP lines or modem and headset. Express Dial will use any voice modem connected to the PC's serial port so long as the modem has a headset connector or a mic and spk socket most external modems do. In most cases it requires no setup. You can just install and dial immediately.
Express Dial can also use a telephone handset for the calls if you prefer or do not have a headset. In this process the handset is connected to your modem via the phone jack on the modem. Additionally you can use a handset connected to the same phone line as the modem being used by Express Dial.

One key use of Express Dial is for call centres and telephone surveys. Express Dial can be loaded with a list of phone number and it will sequentially call every number in the list. The user will choose when to end the call and automatically call the next number in sequence. This sequential calling can be started from the command line.

Overview
PrimaSoft Dialer for Windows It is a fast and small utility program that dials phone numbers for you. This program will save you time by giving you quick access to your Phone Directory and by dialing for you. It will also redial automatically when the line is busy. Dialer can save you money by allowing you to monitor the time and calculating the cost of the current phone call. The 32bit version on Windows 95 will install itself on the Icon Tray for easy access.
