Installation from Applications CD 6.2 and Later
Note :installation steps are the same in Microsoft® Windows® XP and Windows 2000.
- Place Applications CD 6.2 or later in the CD/DVD drive. Allow the disc to autorun.
- On the Reinstall Drivers and Applications tab, select Norton AntiVirus 2003, and then click Install.
3. In the Install dialog box, click Yes.

4.In the Norton AntiVirus Install dialog box, click OK to begin installation.
5.The installation is prepared.

6.In the Welcome to the Norton AntiVirus 2003 Installation Wizard dialog box, click Next.

7.In the Destination Folder dialog box, click Next. 
8 .In the Ready to Install the Application dialog box, click Next.

9.Setup performs several updates, including initializing, component registration, copying files, and writing registry values.

10. In the Readme Information dialog box, click Next when finished.

11.In the Norton AntiVirus 2003 has been successfully installed dialog box, click Finish.

12. In the SARC Intelligent Updater (20020912.EXE) dialog box, click Yes to update virus definition files.

13.The virus definitions are updated from the Application CD. These definitions are not the latest and LiveUpdate needs to be run to completely update Norton Antivirus.

14.In the SARC Intelligent Updater dialog box, click OK.

15.In the Installation Complete dialog box, click Close.
